Baby Sitting & Cots
With sufficient prior notice (usually 48 hours) Reception can arrange a babysitting service from a registered person for you. The bill should be settled directly with the baby sitter, please contact Reception. Dial 0.

There is a dedicated baby and feeding room off the main lobby.
Checkout Time
Check Out
The hotel’s check out time is 12 noon, Should you wish to extend this time please contact Reception. There may be an extra charge for this service. Dial 0.
Express Check Out
If you have chosen the express check out option at registration, you may leave the hotel without contacting Reception. All charges will be made to the credit card supplied and a copy of the bill will be emailed or posted to you. Alternatively, you may prepay your account the night before departure.
Covid 19 Quarintine

Arrival into the hotel
All guests are requested to sanitise hands as they enter the hotel and quarantining guests must wear a face mask on arrival to hotel.
Public Areas
Quarantining guests are requested to minimise time in public areas and limit to exiting and entering hotel. Quarantining guest must wear a face mask while in public areas of hotel.
Quarantining guests are not permitted in the Coast Restaurant, Matt Ryan Bar, Arena Health & Fitness Centre and are requested not to use public restrooms during the quarantining period.
Bedrooms
Quarantining guests are requested to remain in their bedrooms.
To limit contact, bedrooms will not be serviced during guests stay. We would ask that guests leave their used towels outside their doors for collection in the laundry bag provided and in turn there will be a room drop of fresh towels & amenities daily & fresh bed linen every three days. Rubbish to also be left outside bedroom doors for collection in the bags provided. Any additional amenities required please contact reception.
Food Service
While in quarantine guests can avail of room service. Please book your meals with reception by dialling ‘0’.
Room service will be delivered to the bedroom, left at the bedroom door, server will knock on door and leave tray for guest to collect.
We ask that guest then leave tray outside bedroom when finished.
Please note room service would not be available after your quarantining period ends.

Doctor/Pharmacy
Should you require a Doctor, Reception will call one for you. Dial 0.
There are several Pharmacies in Malahide Village.
For emergencies, the national emergency number for Ambulance, Fire and Garda (Police) is 112.

WiFi is free to all our Hotel Guests. There is no password required.

PC and Printer
In the Lobby we have an Internet/Vending room equipped with a PC and printer. A fee applies to this service that is paid at the PC.
Printing
If you need a Boarding Pass or other document printed, we can do so at Reception. Email your document to reception@thegrand.ie
Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Laundry /Dry Cleaning
For the same day laundry and dry cleaning service, please leave the laundry bag and list supplied in your room to Reception before 6.30 am. Laundry is returned to the Hotel at approximately 7.00pm.
Please remember to clearly mark your name and room number.
(No service Saturday, Sunday or on Public holidays).
Ironing
Every room is supplied with ironing facilities.
Meeting Room
If you plan to host a meeting during your stay with us, we have a wide range of meeting rooms to satisfy all requirements. Please contact our Sales department or Reception. Dial 0.
Safekeeping
All rooms are provided with in room safes. We can keep special items in the Hotel safe but access may be restricted due to the operation of time locks. We also draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietor Act displayed at Reception.
Secretarial
There are secretarial, fax and photocopying services available during normal working hours.
